Why should you come and train at SWMA’s fitness classes?

Most of us do not enjoy training or exercising but unfortunately obesity and health issues are at an all-time high.

At Sydney West we have a great fitness program run by our highly qualified Instructors that are fun and will get you burning fat and gaining fitness in no time. Classes run for 45 minutes so you will not be counting the clock, and we incorporate high intensity interval training with strength and agility components.

Don’t worry if you have not trained for a while or are worried about your fitness not being up to standard. The time to start is now! Our Instructors will cater all workouts to the level of each individual.


SWMA runs fitness classes Tuesday & Thursday 5pm to 5:45pm

Bring with you

  • Clothing suitable to exercise in
  • Joggers
  • Water (available from SWMA reception)
  • Towel
